We are a full-service academic practice that aims to provide you with same-day access to appointments when appropriate. In order to achieve this, you may be seen by a resident or another practitioner along with your family physician.
We offer home visits to frail elderly, palliative and home-bound patients when required. Please contact your family physician if you feel this service would be beneficial to you.
We are lucky to partner with the Thames Valley Family Healthy Team to offer free consultations with a Pharmacist, Nurse, Respiratory Therapist, Occupational Therapist and Social Worker.
Our free virtual programs include Chronic Pain Management, Smoking Cessation, Mindfulness, Diabetes Management, Healthy Eating, and many more.
Programs and groups include one-time workshops and multi-week sessions and are currently being offered in a virtual setting only, via Zoom.

Following the completion of a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) program, resident physicians undergo further training, known as residency, which prepares them for licensure under the College of Family Physicians of Canada
Resident physicians generally have at least seven years of university training prior to the commencement of residency
With residency programs requiring an additional two to seven years of post-graduate training, most resident physicians spend more than 10 years training to become fully-licensed physicians
